Jeffrey Becker of Allamuchy Township became disrespectful toward the bartender at Applebee’s on Mountain Avenue in Hackettstown around 8:15 p.m. on Jan. 31, local police said. Becker, 51, had just been asked to leave the restaurant when he began shouting racial slurs repeatedly, police said.
