Masturbating Man Had Pants At His Knees In Montclair Park: Police
A middle-aged man was caught masturbating in a Montclair park, authorities said. A woman told police she saw the man sitting on a bench in Nishuane Park with his pants down to his knees playing with himself around 1 p.m. on Friday, July 22, Police Lt. Terence Turner said. The woman described the suspect as a Black male, approximately 50 years old with a thin build, short black hair, wearing dark black or blue "work clothes" and a green reflective vest. She added that there were no children or adults present on the playground.

Impaired Driver Fled Warren County Crash Scene With Infant In Car, Prosecutor Says
An impaired driver was charged after fleeing the scene of a Warren County crash with an infant in the car, authorities said. Nicole Victoria, of Montclair, was involved in a crash on Water Street in Independence Township shortly before 5:40 p.m. on Thursday, March 24, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer said in a release. Victoria, 39, then drove away and was found in a driveway about half a mile north of the crash scene, Pfeiffer said. Bicyclist Struck, Killed By Train In Montclair
A man riding a bicycle was struck and killed by a train Monday, April 4 in Montclair, officials said. The unidentified bicyclist was struck by Montclair Boonton Line Train 1087 just before Watchung Avenue Station around 9:40 p.m., NJ Transit Spokesman Jim Smith said. The train had left Hoboken at 8:58 p.m. and was scheduled to arrive in Hackettstown at 11:07 p.m., Smith said. None of the seven customers nor crew members were injured. Rail service was suspended between Walnut Street and Upper Montclair. NJ Transit police were investigating.
