Owners Of Struggling Philippsburg Mall Want To Sell: Report An official with the company that owns the Phillipsburg Mall said he and his partners would "ideally" like to sell the property, News 4 New York reported.  The mall, opened in 1985 along Rt. 22 at the Pohatcong-Lopatcong border,, has lost key anchor stores J.C. Penney, Sears and Bon-Ton in recent years.
