Shoplifters Fresh Off Heist Busted With Ecstasy, $5K In Merch On Route 23: Wayne PD
Police arrested three shoplifters found with more than $5,300 in stolen merchandise after keen-eyed stopped their car on Route 23 last week in Wayne, officials said. Dugleidy Gonzalez-Riera, 28; Yefferson Prieto-Galviz, 23; and Morelis Blanco-Cineros, 41; all of the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City, were being held in the Passaic County Jail on various theft and drug charges, Wayne Detective Capt. Clarks Americas Recalls Women’s Shoes For Potentially Dangerous Chemical Hazard
Eight styles of women’s shoes are being recalled across the globe by Clarks due to concerns about toxins inside the product, the retailer announced. The US Consumer Product and Safety Commission (CPSC) issued an alert regarding a recall of approximately 113,000 shoes under the "Breeze" style name that were sold stateside and an additional 10,000 in Canada that pose a potential chemical hazard. Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Permanently Closing Stores Nationwide
Victoria’s Secret will permanently close about 250 stores in the U.S. and Canada this year, parent company L Brands announced. Ohio-based L Brands did not detail the closure locations, but there are 42 Victoria's Secret stores in New Jersey and 1,000 nationwide. Owners Of Struggling Philippsburg Mall Want To Sell: Report
An official with the company that owns the Phillipsburg Mall said he and his partners would "ideally" like to sell the property, News 4 New York reported. The mall, opened in 1985 along Rt. 22 at the Pohatcong-Lopatcong border,, has lost key anchor stores J.C. Penney, Sears and Bon-Ton in recent years.
