Dominique Preston Charged In Steven Spivey's Murder A 45-year-old Raritan Township woman was arrested and charged with murder after stabbing a 66-year-old man dead on Wednesday, Feb. 21, authorities said. At 1:40 a.m., police responded to the 100 block of Manchester Road and found Steven Spivey dead and having suffered a stab wound, Hunterdon County Prosecutor Renée Robeson and Raritan Township Police Chief Alfred Payne said. Nicholas Timpano, of Flemington, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child on Thursday, August 4, Hunterdon County Prosecutor Renée M. Robeson said in a release with local officials on Thursday, August 11. Timpano, 18, is accused of “engaging in inappropriate conduct of a sexual nature” with a juvenile, Robeson said.
