A 52-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested and charged on Friday, Aug. 2, after he used a fraudulent ID to open a bank account in Denville back in January, authorities said. A 45-year-old Easton, PA man was killed in a motorcycle crash on Route 78 in New Jersey on Tuesday, July 2, authorities said. At 10:04 p.m., a BMW motorcycle traveling eastbound on Route 78 in Greenwich Township struck the back of a 2017 Toyota Camry, Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. As a result of the crash, the motorcyclist, whose name has not been released, was ejected and was subsequently struck by a 2020 Toyota Camry, killing him, Marchan said. Two men from Mexico were arrested on Tuesday, March 12, at a Warren County weigh station after being found with more than $28 million worth of marijuana, authorities said. Crash With Freightliner Kills Pennsylvania Driver On Route 78 In New Jersey: Police
A Honda driver from Pennsylvania was killed after hitting a Freightliner that was parked on the shoulder of Route 78 early on Tuesday, Nov. 7, police confirmed. Alejandro Reyes-Moya, 52, was driving a Honda CRV on the eastbound side near milepost 4.2 in Greenwich Township when he struck the back of a Freightliner pulling a utility trailer that was parked on the right shoulder around 4:15 a.m., Sgt. Charles Marchan told Daily Voice. Reyes-Moya, of Lebanon, PA, was killed in the crash, Marchan said. The crash remains under investigation and there was no further information as of press time.

Crash Backs Up Rush-Hour Traffic In Warren County
A crash shut down a portion of Route 295 and snarled traffic during rush-hour on Wednesday, Sept. 20. The crash occurred on the southbound side at exit 17 to CR 680/Harmony Road in Greenwich Township around 3:20 p.m., according to 511NJ. One of three right lanes was closed, causing delays of about 10 minutes.

A New Jersey resident has been charged with distribution of methamphetamine and another is facing charges of heroin possession, authorities said. Michael Lovering, 46, and Jade Ike, 32, both of Stewartsville, were charged following a seven-month investigation by the Greenwich Township PD, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer said. Former New Jersey resident and Temple University graduate Blake Herdlein died on Thursday, March 9. He was 26 years old. A Rochester, NY native, Blake grew up in Greenwich Township, having attended Greenwich Elementary School, Stewartsville Middle School, Bethlehem Catholic High School, Phillipsburg High School, and Warren County Community College, his obituary says. Blake went on to graduate from Temple University's Fox School of Business, before opening his own marketing firm, Herdlein, LLC. A motorcyclist was airlifted to a nearby hospital after a weekend crash in Warren County, authorities confirmed. A driver was airlifted Tuesday afternoon following a crash with a tractor-trailer on Route 78 in Warren County, state police said. A passenger vehicle collided with the tractor-trailer in the westbound lanes near milepost 4.6 in Greenwich Township just after 2:20 p.m., NJSP Trooper Alejandro Goez told Daily Voice. The driver of the passenger vehicle was airlifted to St. Luke’s Hospital for treatment of serious injuries, Goez said. Two other occupants were uninjured, Goez said. The crash remains under investigation.
