Lehigh Valley Man Dies Tubing On Delaware River: Coroner Officials have identified the Pennsylvania man who drowned while tubing in on the Delaware River on Saturday, July 6.  Gary M. Conley, 53, of Forks Township, was on a tube on the Delaware River when he went into the water and "did not return to the surface," said the Northampton County Coroner's Office.  Bystanders pulled him to the shore and performed CPR until he could be taken to St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson Campus, authorities said. NJ Man Sexually Abused Minor In Lehigh Valley Basement On New Year's, Police Say A New Jersey man is accused of sexually abusing a child in the basement of a Lehigh Valley home last New Year's Eve.  John R.
