Driver Rams NJ State Police Vehicles, Switches Cars On Route 78: Cops A driver who crashed into multiple state police vehicles in Whippany Township remains at large after leading a brief pursuit before abandoning his vehicle and getting into another on Route 78, Monday, Nov. 20, authorities said.
