Brooklyn Man Had $1600 In Counterfeit Cash: Denville PD
A Brooklyn man was arrested and charged in Denville on Wednesday, July 3, for having counterfeit money, police said.
Officers responded to a business on Broadway on a report of a man, Marquise Fleming, 31, attempting to make a purchase with a fraudulent $100 bill, Denville police said in a release. Fleming fled from officers but was apprehended following a foot chase, police said.
While searching him, police found him in possession of 16 fraudulent $100 bills, officers said. Fleming was charged with eluding, uttering a forged document and driving with a suspended license, police said.

A motorcyclist hospitalized after a Lehigh Valley crash in September was arrested on Halloween after a warrant-approved blood draw found him to be under the influence of meth, fentanyl, and alcohol, police said.
David A. Cassidy Jr., 33, was charged with four counts of felony DUI, driving with a blood alcohol level of .02 or high with a suspended license, and various traffic offenses, Slate Belt Regional Police said in a Tuesday, Nov. 1 release.

Police: DWI Morris County Driver Hits Parked Car, Flees
A Morris County had been drinking when he hit a car parked at a local restaurant and drove away, authorities charged.
Robert Sikorski, 58, struck a parked car while leaving Valley Restaurant and Pub on E. Mill Road in Long Valley on Sept. 8, Washington Township Police Lt. Mark Niemynski said.
Officers later located Sikorski driving behind the Krauzers strip mall nearby, authorities said.
During questioning, he showed signs of intoxication, and officers located several open containers of alcohol in the vehicle, authorities said.

Authorities: Bayonne Man Was Driving With Suspended License In Serious Jersey City Crash
A 54-year-old Bayonne man was driving with a suspended license when he struck another vehicle, seriously injuring the driver, authorities said.
Ramon Quinones was headed southbound on Route 185 in a 1992 Toyota Celica when he collided with a 2012 Honda Accord, also going southbound, on June 4 around 6:30 a.m., Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said Friday.
