Fort Lee Boy, 15, Charged With Shooting Elmwood Park Teen Capping an intense investigation, Elmwood Park detectives charged a 15-year-old Fort Lee boy with attempted murder for shooting another teen earlier this month. Identifying and capturing the accused shooter was difficult "because there weren't many cooperating witnesses," Elmwood Park Police Chief Michael Foligno said on Saturday, July 22.
