Three people were injured following a police pursuit that began in Roxbury Township on the early morning of Tuesday, June 18, authorities said. At 5:24 a.m., Roxbury police responded to a business on Route 46 for a commercial burglary alarm, the Morris County Prosecutor's Office said. A pursuit was initiated with a suspect vehicle on Route 10, authorities said. Recognize him? Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a man they say tried to break into a Morris County business and caused damage to another commercial property. The man pictured above is wanted for questioning in an attempted commercial burglary and criminal mischief/property damage incident in Mountain Lakes, local police said on Wednesday, August 10. Witnesses Help Clifton Police Nab Fleeing Business Burglar Hailing Cab
Clifton police responding to a commercial burglary call found their suspect trying to hail a cab. Witnesses told responding officers that the burglar fled toward Paterson after breaking into the Main Street business around 1 a.m. Tuesday, Detective Lt. Robert Bracken said. The front glass door was smashed and cash and cigarettes stolen, he added. Officers established a perimeter and began a yard-by-yard search, assisted by a Passaic County sheriff’s K-9 unit.
