880 Without Power In Clinton, More Stormy Skies Could Be Ahead Today
Thousands of New Jersey residents woke up Monday morning, Aug. 19 without power due to Sunday's storm.
And according to the National Weather Service, more stormy weather could be on the way for later in the day.
As of 6:40 a.m., JCP&L was reporting the most outages with the following areas without power: Clinton, 880; Branchville, 150; Hopatcong, 215; Long Branch/Asbury Park, 350; Lakewood, 265.
The National Weather Service said Monday would be cloudy, but will become partly sunny by midday.

4 Charged In Major Meth, Cocaine Bust At Warren County Home: Prosecutor
Four suspects were charged after a month-long investigation led to the discovery of meth, cocaine, and other drugs in Warren County, authorities said.
Shawn Hopper, 50, and Aysha Aguilu, 32, were charged with second-degree possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine, distributing methamphetamine, and other drug offenses, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer said in a Monday release with local officials.
Jeffrey Denny, 36, of Clinton, and Erica Butters, 46, of Morristown were also charged with unlawful drug possession, while Denny was charged with hindering.

Authorities: Ring Got 30,000 Painkiller Pills With Prescription Blanks Swiped From NJ Hospitals
Using prescription blanks stolen from hospitals in Bergen and Passaic counties, a crew used a single pharmacy to get its hands on 30,000 high-dose oxycodone pills, including a year’s worth of painkillers prescribed to a dead man, authorities charged.
The volume eventually gave them away, state and federal law enforcement officials said.
Milagros Santiago, 43, of Haledon, was working as a pharmacy technician at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson when she swiped prescription blanks, state Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal said.
