A former Amtrak engineer has been cleared in a deadly train derailment in Philadelphia in 2015. Brandon Bostian's train was going 106 mph — more than double the speed limit on the tracks — on an S-curve when he slammed on the brakes in Frankford Junction in May 2015. Two children under the age of 10 were in critical condition after firefighters rescued them from a house fire in Gloucester County early Saturday morning.
