A 30-year-old man was charged after providing Fentanyl to a man who later overdosed at a Morris County hotel and died, authorities announced. John P. Rowe, of Budd Lake, was charged with first-degree strict liability for drug-induced death, Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll said in a joint release alongside local officials. Missing Parsippany Man Found Dead On Icy Budd Lake
A missing Parsippany man was found dead on Budd Lake Sunday morning after a multi-agency search, authorities said. Parsippany police contacted the Mount Olive Township police for help finding a missing elderly man, whose vehicle was found in a private parking lot adjacent to Budd Lake around 10:40 p.m. Saturday, Acting Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Harmful Algae Blooms Found In These New Jersey Lakes
Harmful algal blooms have been reported in 32 lakes across the state as of Sept. 1 -- and some are calling for action. In total, two lakes were at a red “warning” level, 20 were orange “advisory” level and 10 were at a blue “watch” level (scroll down for the breakdown).
