Masked Target Store Masturbator At Large, Police In NJ Town Say A man is at large in Bridgewater after he masturbated at Target twice on Thursday, May 23, police said. Officers responded to the Target at 200 Promenade Blvd. on a report of a man masturbating in front of another customer, Bridgewater police said in a release.  Two hours prior, he had masturbated in front of a customer at the same Target without them realizing, police said. Manville Man In His 30s Dies In Route 22 Crash A man in his 30s died in a crash on Route 22 in Somerset County Wednesday, authorities said. Bound Brook police responded to the eastbound side of the roadway following multiple 911 calls reporting a crash between Vosseller and Mountain avenues around 11:20 a.m., Deputy Chief Kevin Rivenbark said.
