Fugitive Tied To Retail Theft Ring Captured By Glen Rock PD An investigation by Glen Rock police into an organized shoplifting ring led to the arrest of a fugitive from New York State, authorities said. Miata Mitchell, 26, of Poughkeepsie is part of a group that targeted various borough merchants, Police Chief Dean Ackermann said. Detective Sgt. James Calaski and Sgt.
