David Riccioni, 23, was behind the wheel of a Chevrolet pick-up truck when the vehicle lost directional control and hit a guardrail on Barbertown Point Breeze in Kingwood Township shortly before 1:15 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 15, NJSP Det.
