Popular Bakery Chain 85 Degree Plans Morris County Expansion An international bakery chain is planning to expand to Morris County and open its second East Coast location. 85 Degree Bakery Cafe — named for the optimal coffee brewing temperature in degrees Celsius — signed a lease with Urban Edge Properties for a 3,507 square-foot space at Hanover Commons in East Hanover.
