Terell Gailyard is accused of firing a handgun that struck the victim in the back twice during an argument in Bethlehem on Dec. 29, police said. He was arrested on a warrant Thursday evening following an investigation by police in Bethlehem and Allentown, the agencies said. Antonio Amezquita Claudio, 22, was found with the gun after he was pulled over near 6th St. and Washington St. just before 6 p.m., Allentown Police said. Claudio, of Allentown, was charged with firearms not to be carried without a license. He also faces marijuana and paraphernalia possession offenses, police said. Claudio is scheduled to appear in court.
