Developing: Man Pinned Under Box Truck In Warren County Airlifted With Severe Injuries
A man was airlifted with serious injuries after getting trapped underneath a box truck at a Warren County maintenance shop Thursday morning, according to initial and unconfirmed reports. The man became pinned under the truck at the Blair Academy maintenance shop on Park Street in Blairstown shortly after 10:40 a.m., initial reports say. The man was removed from underneath the truck, treated at the scene and airlifted to a local hospital with a severe leg injury, the report said. Beth Mazgajewski is fully healed from the crash that nearly took her life 20 years ago in every way except for one. She hasn't been able to stop thinking about the Cherry Hill EMT who saved her life. Units Damaged In Fort Lee Condo Fire
Firefighters doused a Thursday afternoon blaze that damaged units on two floors of a Fort Lee condominium. Flames blew through two first-floor windows after breaking out in a crawlspace in the five-story brick Central Court Condominiums on Central Road shortly before 2 p.m. Firefighters had the two-alarm blaze knocked down in about an hour and under control before 3:30 p.m. It was later ruled accidental. A 79-year-old River Vale man was hospitalized after shooting himself on Thursday, authorities said. He was reported in stable condition at Hackensack University Medical Center following the noontime incident on Central Avenue. Allendale Man Seriously Injured In Fall From Ladder In Park Ridge
A man was airlifted to the hospital after falling from a ladder at a Park Ridge home over the weekend. The 35-year-old victim from Allendale was unconscious and bleeding from the head when police arrived at the West Park Avenue home off Pascack Road just after 2 p.m. Sunday, Capt. Joseph Rampolla said. A medevac was requested due to the nature of the injury, which occurred when the victim fell from a 6-foot A-frame ladder, the captain said. Critically Injured Motorcyclist Airlifted In Route 287 Crash
A critically injured motorcyclist was airlifted following a crash Saturday afternoon on Route 287 in Wanaque, responders said. The cyclist suffered severe head trauma and a broken leg crashing into a guardrail on the northbound side of the highway near mile marker 56 around 3:15 p.m., they said. Man Dies In Fall At Atlantic City Casino
A 30-year-old man from Upstate New York died after falling two stories to his death in an Atlantic City casino, authorities said. The man from Rochester was trying to climb over a divider when he fell from a second-level mezzanine into the lobby at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, police said. The fall occurred about 4 a.m. on Monday. Atlantic City police officers responded and found casino security performing CPR. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, a police spokesman said. A man working on Tropical Storm Isaias storm cleanup in Morris Township was killed when a branch fell on him, authorities said. Jody Terwilliger, 58, of Shohola, Pennsylvania was struck near Craig Road and Sussex Avenue around 9:10 a.m. Thursday, township police Capt. Robert Shearer told Daily Voice. First responders crews performed CPR on Terwilliger before he was taken to Morristown Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead, Shearer said. Terwilliger was an employee at Nelson Tree Service. His death was determined to be accidental, NorthJersey.com reports.

Local Resident Charged After Shotgun Blast Hits Passing Car On Old Tappan Street
UPDATE: Authorities charged an Old Tappan resident whose shotgun sprayed a passing car with pellets when it accidentally went off in his driveway. Boy, 11, Hospitalized After Sussex County Park Fall
An 11-year-old boy was sent to the hospital after falling from an area at a Sussex County state park, authorities said. The boy suffered unspecified injuries at Buttermilk Falls on Mountain Road in Layton, 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, New Jersey State Police Trooper Alejandro Goez said.
