Man Flown To Trauma Center After Hunterdon County Hunting Accident
A man was flown to a trauma center after shooting himself with a bow while hunting in Hunterdon County on Thursday afternoon, Oct. 26. Troopers responded to Horseshoe Bend Road in Kingwood Township around 3:55 p.m. and found that a 55-year-old man had accidentally shot himself in the leg with a bow, NJSP Detective I Jeffrey Lebron told Daily Voice. A 55-year-old man was jailed after grabbing a woman by the throat and punching her in the face repeatedly at a Warren County restaurant, authorities said. The man walked into an unspecified local restaurant and approached the victim, who was sitting with friends, before grabbing her by the throat and striking her face repeatedly around 8:20 p.m. on Feb. 27, Mansfield Township police said. Man, 55, Airlifted After Driving Car Off Sussex County Retaining Wall
A 55-year-old man who was pinned in his car for nearly 30 minutes was flown to a Bergen Count hospital after driving off a retaining wall Saturday morning in Sussex County, authorities said. The driver went over the wall at the Valley Mason Supply Company on Vernon Crossing Road in Vernon Township around 9 a.m. and became trapped in his car, according to police.
