The victim had been in a relationship with Khalil Amos, who lives on the 700 block of South Main Street, according to a statement she made in October, LehighValleyLive reports.
When she wanted to end their relationship, Amos sent a video to her cellphone depicting the couple having sex, authorities said.
Amos subsequently told the victim that he would keep the video to himself if she remained “loyal.” If she “crossed the line, it’s the last straw,” the court paperwork said.
Amos sent the video to at least one other student at the victim’s school, authorities confirmed.
Amos has been charged with unlawful dissemination of an intimate image, cyber harassment of a child and corruption of minors as of last Thursday, authorities said.
