A busy Phillipsburg intersection was shut down after a tractor-trailer knocked down a traffic light, authorities said.
A traffic light was knocked down at the intersection of South Main and Center in Phillipsburg on the morning of Monday, Aug. 29, according to a post on the town’s Facebook page.
