The downed pole and wires are down on Route 12 in both directions in Flemington at Reaville Avenue and Main Street, NJDOT said. One right lane is closed, NJDOT said.
Nearly 200 JCP&L customers were without power, according to the outage map.
Wind gusts up to 50 mph were wreaking havoc throughout the state, causing downed trees and power outages.
