Kia Cracks Utility Pole, Bursts Into Flames After Hitting Icy Patch In NJ Town: Cops A vehicle crashed into a utility pole and burst into flames on Route 530 in Manchester on the evening of Monday, Jan. 6, authorities said. At 9:42 p.m., officers responded to the area of Route 530 between Cherry Street and Locust Street, after a car struck the pole, Manchester police said. Upon arrival, police found a gray 2025 Kia K5 with extensive front end damage into a utility pole in the east bound shoulder of Route 530, officers said.
