Edison Man Among 2 Prowlers Arrested In Overnight Bergen County Foot Chase Two men, including one with a replica handgun, were arrested early Monday morning, Nov. 18 following a foot pursuit involving multiple Bergen County police departments after they were caught them prowling residential neighborhoods, authorities said. Glen Rock Officer Nicholas Onove was on patrol just after 2:30 a.m. when he spotted two men in dark clothing near properties on Cornwall Road and Gibson Place.
