A sports anchor and reporter has died while covering Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, nearly a year after his wife's death, officials said. Adan Manzano Aguilar, a sports reporter for Telemundo Kansas City and Tico Sports, was found dead on Wednesday, Feb. 5. Telemundo KC and Tico Sports confirmed his death in separate statements. State regulators are cracking down on illegal gambling machines, warning that the devices are designed to steal players' money. Investigators seized six machines and $900 in cash from four locations in December 2024, the Department of Consumer Protection said in a news release on Thursday, Feb. 6.
