Spat Over Storm Drain Paving Continues For Hoboken Mayor, County Exec The accidental paving of a storm drain in Hoboken has led to war of words between Hoboken Mayor Ravi Bhalla and Hudson County Executive Craig Guy. The storm drains on Park Avenue were recently paved over as the city prepared for rainfall as part of a repaving project.  Bhalla called it unacceptable and said the county executive's office has been ignoring him.
