At 3 p.m., police reported heavy smoke coming from the front door of the home on 15 Westchester Terrace, the Clinton Township Police Department said in a release. Two Toyotas were traveling west on Route 78 in Clinton Township when they crashed into each other, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.
