Body Of Missing Man Walking Dog Recovered From Frozen NJ Lake: Police A New Jersey man was found dead in a frozen lake in Millstone Township after state troopers rescued his stranded dog, authorities said. Troopers responded to Millstone Park in Monmouth County on Friday, Feb. 21, at 4:46 p.m. after receiving a report of a dog stuck on the ice, Sgt. Charles Marchan of the New Jersey State Police said.
