Rosario Chiovaro, of Verona, was riding a Harley-Davidson east in the express lanes in Union Township when the motorcycle struck the rear of a Peterbilt dump truck around 8:37 a.m., New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said. The motorcycle overturned, and Chiovaro was ejected and killed, Lebron said. No other injuries were reported. The crash happened near milepost 52.9 and remains under investigation, Lebron said.
