Atlantic City License Plate Readers Help Catch Stolen Vehicle Driver, Wanted Man: Police Atlantic City police were crediting automated license plate readers for helping arrest two men with a gun and a stolen vehicle, authorities said. Daniel Ringgold, 37, of Pennsauken, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 19, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release on Friday, Sept. 27. Investigators said Ringgold was driving a vehicle on Atlantic Avenue at around 5:15 p.m. when his license plate was read, triggering an alert. Ringgold had several active arrest warrants. Unlicensed SUV Driver Killed Man In Wheelchair Crossing Busy South Jersey Road, Police Say A Pleasantville man was accused of driving without a license in a crash that killed another man in a wheelchair, authorities said. Egg Harbor Township police responded to the crash near the intersection of Black Horse Pike (Route 40) and Delancy Avenue at around 7:09 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19.
