Celebration Of Raquel Perez, Known As 'Beacon Of Positivity' Set In Ocean County The family of a woman known to them as a "beacon of positivity" is celebrating her life following a fatal crash in Heidelberg Township. "We celebrate the beautiful life of a beloved, daughter and sister, Raquel Muneca Monique Perez, who passed away on Oct. 2," her family said in an obituary they shared with Daily Voice. Perez, 26, of Wilson Borough, died in a tragic crash when her vehicle struck a tree in the 5000 block of Route 309 in Heidelberg Township on Wednesday, Oct. 2. Andrew "AJ" Barchetto, 46, died unexpectedly on Sunday, Sept. 22, according to family members and his obituary on the Wood Funeral Home website. Barchetto was the assistant principal of Oakcrest High School, where he also served as the supervisor of special education and child study team, the school's website says. Matthew Dickinson died on Thursday, Aug. 8, according to the Palmyra School District. He was 15 years old. Forklift Operator, 46, Killed By Police While Wielding Chainsaw In Central Jersey: AG Authorities have identified a Keansburg man shot and killed by police while wielding a chainsaw, along with the officers involved in the Memorial Day incident. Willem Roman, 46, died from his injuries on Friday, June 14. Attorney General Matt Platkin announced his death in a news release on Monday, July 1. Keansburg police were called to perform a welfare check at a home on Seabreeze Way at around 1:07 p.m. on Monday, May 27. Two officers entered the home and found Roman with a running chainsaw, along with several weapons. Investigators said Roman approached the officers with the chainsaw.…
