Anthony Collins, 41, was sentenced on Thursday, Aug. 8 to three years in state prison, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release. The Floyd L. Moreland Carousel will officially reopen at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, the borough said in an update on its website.
