Missing Toms River Man Found Floating In Water At Park: Prosecutor A 52-year-old Toms River man was found dead at Shelter Cove Park on the afternoon on Sunday, Jan. 12, authorities said. At 3:05 p.m., police responded to Shelter Cove Park on a report of a dead body in the water adjacent to the coastal marsh, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said. The body of Deane Labranche was found floating in the water, Billhimer said. Labranche was removed from the water and transported to Community Medical Center pending a post-mortem examination, Billhimer said. Man, 35, Found Dead At Central Jersey Recycling Plant ID'd By State Police Authorities have identified a Leesburg man whose body was discovered on a conveyor belt at a Monmouth County recycling facility. Custodian's Body Found At South Jersey Charter School, Classes Canceled A South Jersey charter school was closed Wednesday, Sept. 18 after a custodian was found dead as staff arrived, according to authorities. The body was that of a woman maintenance worker at the Mastery High School on Erie Street in Camden, Dan Keashen, a spokesman for Camden County, said on Thursday, Sept. 19 as school reopened. Her body was discovered in the hallway around 7 a.m., he said.  The woman's name and age have not been released pending an investigation by Camden County Police and toxicology reports, Keashen said. Edison Man, 45, Found Dead Floating In River In East Brunswick Identified: State Police Troopers have identified the Edison man who was found dead in a river in East Brunswick. The body of 45-year-old Reynaldo Salcedo-Tavarez was discovered near where the Raritan and South rivers meet on Thursday, Aug. 8, a state police spokesperson said on Monday, Aug. 19. Marine troopers responded to the report of a person in the water at around 7:42 a.m. Salcedo-Tavarez's body was seen floating and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Salcedo-Tavarez's death remained under investigation and no other information was available.

Man Found Dead On Jersey Shore Beach, Police Investigating A man was found dead on a beach in Cape May County, authorities said. Wildwood Crest police responded to the beach near Myrtle Road at around 6:20 a.m. on Tuesday, July 2, the department said in a news release. The 911 caller was performing CPR on the unconscious man when police arrived.
