ATMs Unavailable At All PA Turnpike Service Plazas Motorists traveling along the Pennsylvania Turnpike will find themselves without access to cash at service plazas, as all ATMs are currently out of service, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission announced on Wednesday, Nov. 27. The issue stems from an unforeseen problem with the Turnpike's service provider, which is beyond the commission's control, according to the announcement.
