A 20-year-old Flanders woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and numerous traffic violations following a crash on Saturday, Feb. 1, authorities said. At 9:02 p.m., officers responded to the Overlook Apartments at 100 Oakwood Village in Flanders on a report of a hit and run crash and found a white Nissan with Reyna Miller seated inside the vehicle, Mount Olive police said. A Long Island woman is contesting tickets issued from all over the nation tied to her distinctive "Star Trek" vanity license plates despite not having driven her car in four years, according to a new report. Beda Koorey, a 76-year-old resident of Huntington and a devoted "Star Trek" fan, believes her license plates were cloned, resulting in tickets for violations in locations she never visited, according to CBS News. Fleeing Morris County Driver Hits Officer, Arrested At Costco: Police
A 27-year-old Denville man was arrested and charged after he struck a police officer while fleeing on Sunday, Oct. 20, authorities said. While officers were conducting a traffic stop on Indian Road, it was discovered the driver, Liam Harrigan, had an active NCIC Warrant out of the Morris County Prosecutor's Office, Denville police said. As officers attempted to take Harrigan into custody, he fled from them in his vehicle, police said. The social media accounts of the 19-year-old Queens man who was arrested in Newark for his dangerous stunts show him taunting police across the tri-state area. Antonio Ginestri, who'd been wanted by the NYPD and other agencies, had a history of provoking cops into pursuing him and then posting the videos on YouTube, amassing millions of views. A 19-year-old Queens man was arrested and charged after eluding Newark police for a social media video, authorities said. On Thursday, April 11 at 1:16 a.m., police were patrolling Broad Street and Market Street when they observed a black BMW that traveled around their vehicle at a high rate of speed with no license plates, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G.
