Reckless Driver Drove Drunk On Halloween Night: Mt Olive Police A 29-year-old Hackettstown man was arrested and charged on Halloween night for driving under the influence in Mt. Olive, authorities said. At 8:16 p.m., officers observed a Tesla pickup stopped at the intersection of Rt. 46 and Naughright road past the stop line into the intersection, Mount Olive police. The Tesla, driven by Todd Morici, was in the left lane of travel with its right turn signal activated, police said.
