Edward Florensonzalez Arrested For Stealing Packages A 50-year-old Prospect Park man was arrested and charged with stealing packages from an apartment complex in Flanders, authorities announced Friday, April 10. At 2:10 p.m. on Friday, March 20, officers responded to Overlook at Flanders for the report of a theft of a package from the common area of an apartment building, Mount Olive police said.
