Antisemitic Arsonist Sentenced For Rampage In South Jersey Neighborhood, Prosecutors Say A Manchester Township man will spend several years in prison after admitting to an antisemitic crime spree, including arson and spray painting Nazi symbols on homes, authorities said. Ron Carr, 35, was sentenced on Friday, Aug. 16 to seven years in state prison, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release. Man Set Off Explosive Device On Atlantic City Sidewalk, Police Say An Atlantic City man was accused of setting off an explosive device downtown, authorities said. Stacy Thomas, 38, was arrested on Wednesday, July 10, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. An officer saw an explosion on a sidewalk on the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue at around 2:03 a.m. The officer saw someone running from the area but first went to the explosion site to see if there were any victims.
