Cops ID Man Killed After Rear Ending Garbage Truck: Hamilton Twp PD A 64-year-old Egg Harbor man was killed after his car rear ended a garbage truck in Township of Hamilton on the early morning of Monday, Feb. 10, authorities said. At 5:15 a.m., officers responded to Black Horse Pike after a 2008 Lexus ES3 driven by William Hadley struck the rear of a privately owned trash and recycling truck driven by a 40-year-old  Pleasantville resident, when both were traveling westbound, police said. Man Admits To Fatal Atlantic City Shooting: Prosecutor A 35-year-old Egg Harbor man pleaded guilty on Friday, Jan. 17, to fatally shooting a man in Atlantic City in March 2023, authorities said. Jahlil Boston pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter and is expected to be sentence to 28 years in prison per the term of a plea agreement, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said. Philly Area Gravestone Salesman Scammed Mourners Out Of $1.5 Million, Feds Say The owner of a headstone company is accused of ripping off hundreds of grieving customers across greater Philadelphia, federal prosecutors allege in an indictment.  Gregory J. Stefan Jr., 54, of Upper Merion, is charged with seven counts of wire fraud, according to the US Attorney's Office.  Between January 2018 and September of last year, Stefan accepted more than $1.5 million from customers who ordered memorials for loved ones, then failed to deliver the headstones they bought, authorities said. Cold CASE: Philly Woman Found Strangled Off I-81 In Schuylkill County Pennsylvania State Police continue to investigate the murder of Caryn Fortino.  Fortino, 38, was found dead in a wooded area off of Interstate 81 in Delano Township on May 23, 2003. She had been strangled, according to troopers.  Authorities said Fortino was from the Philadelphia area and was last in contact with loved ones that February.
