Motorcyclist Critical In Lincoln Tunnel Crash That Completely Shut Roadways In New Jersey A motorcyclist was hospitalized in critical condition following a crash before dawn on Tuesday, Sept. 10 in the Lincoln Tunnel, authorities said. According to Port Authority spokeswoman Lenis Valens, the motorcyclist crashed around 3:50 a.m. in the center tube's two westbound lanes. The operator was hospitalized in critical condition. Two Tractor Trailers, Two Cars Collide On Route 80 (Update) A crash involving two tractor-trailers and two passenger vehicles closed a portion of Route 80 early Wednesday, Aug. 21, police said. Troopers responded to the crash in the eastbound lanes at milepost 37.6 in Rockaway Township around 8:15 a.m., Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said. Minor injuries were reported and the crash remains under investigation.

It happened in the eastbound lanes in Rockaway, west of Exit 35 around 8:15 a.m. As of press time, emergency vehicles were at the scene with traffic getting by in the right lane.

The crash occurred at about 3:40 p.m. on Friday, July 12, according to the NJDOT. The crash involved a vehicle off the roadway along I-80 eastbound west of Exit 30 (Howard Boulevard) in Mount Arlington, the NJDOT said. Check back for updates.
