Atlantic City's mayor and schools superintendent were indicted after being accused of physically and emotionally abusing the couple's teen daughter, authorities said. Three people in their 20s were killed in a South Jersey crash early Saturday, Aug. 17, police said. A 2006 BMW operated by Ian P. The vice president of a scrap metal company died in a crash in Ocean County, authorities said. Kevin Scoda, 24, of Edison, was killed in the crash on Route 72, the Stafford Township Police Department said in a news release on Tuesday, July 23. Authorities in Morris County are investigating the death of a 6-month-old infant on Wednesday, July 17.
