Five people were arrested after a fight at a smoke shop in Byram Township on the morning of Saturday, Nov. 23, authorities said. At 10:47 a.m., police responded to Sweet Dreams Smoke Shop on Route 206 on a report of a fight in progress, Byram Township Police said. The victim of a recent murder that rattled a small New Jersey town has been identified in various social media posts and by a campaign launched for her family as a 21-year-old animal lover. The mugshot of a 34-year-old murder suspect arrested in a New Jersey shooting that rattled a small town has been released. Anthony Garvin, of Netcong, was charged with murder and possession of a firearm and lodged in the Berks County Jail in Leesport, PA, a spokesperson for the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said following the Thursday, June 28 incident.
