UDel Freshman From NJ, 18, Killed By Speeding Motorcycle Fleeing Police: Authorities An 18-year-old New Jersey woman was struck and killed by a speeding motorcyclist fleeing police, who had tried stopping the operator less than one minute prior in Newark, DE, authorities said.
