Twenty-five landlords are facing fines after state officials said they violated state laws by considering potential tenants' criminal histories. According to NJ Attorney General Matthew J. A 50-year-old New Jersey man was arrested on accusations he had a sexual relationship with two students while working as a substitute teacher in West Virginia more than 20 years ago. A small plane crashed near the Somerset Airport Wednesday evening, Sept. 4, the FAA said. The FAA said only that two people were on board the single-engine Piper PA-28 that crashed around 7 p.m. near the airport in Bedminster.
