The grandfather of two children killed in an Ocean County boating crash has been charged with vehicular homicide nearly a month after their deaths, according to court records and NJ Advance Media.

Complaints about local students using marijuana, THC vapes, and edibles led investigators to a Clifton smoke shop where more than $80,000 worth of unregulated products were seized, authorities said.
The investigation began after Little Falls and Woodland Park police received numerous quality-of-life complaints involving students using marijuana, THC-infused electronic vapes, and marijuana-infused edibles, Passaic County Sheriff Thomas Adamo said.
