One city in Atlantic County is cracking down on unsupervised teens late at night after several issues in other parts of the Jersey Shore, authorities said. A teen was accused of a stabbing on the Ocean City Boardwalk that caused a chaotic scene on Memorial Day weekend, authorities said.
