Zokhid Zakhidov, a 37-year-old Woodbridge resident and Khayrullo Payzullaev, a 30-year-old Hamilton resident, were arrested on Sunday, Aug. 23, Immigration and Customs Enforcement said. The city's council approved a resolution to call part of Lake Erie the "Gulf of Cleveland" on Monday, Sept. 14. The measure passed 13-1 and is nonbinding, which means it doesn't legally change the lake's name, WKYC 3News reported. Council member Kris Harsh introduced the resolution, which applies to the area of Lake Erie stretching from the easternmost to westernmost points of Cleveland's shoreline.
