Man Charged In Double Shooting That Injured Woman In Atlantic City, Police Say An Egg Harbor Township man was arrested after he and a woman were injured in a shooting in Atlantic City, authorities said. Kevin Hollingsworth, 38, was charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release on Wednesday, Sept. 18. An off-duty officer was nearby when shots were fired on the 4000 block of Ventnor Avenue at around 7:26 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 17. Cash Register Thief Caught In Atlantic City, Police Say An Atlantic City man was accused of stealing cash registers from convenience stores, authorities said. William Flores, 41, was charged with theft, resisting arrest, and obstruction of justice, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release on Friday, Sept. 13. Officers responded to a report of a register stolen from a store on the 3800 block of Ventnor Avenue at around 6:41 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11.
